I'd be digging on the dirt on my knees in a garden, somewhere. I always meant to do more than grow things in pots in Olympia, but getting the clinic going was more than enough for me to handle. All's the same now, I guess, given my clinic is not only frozen in time but likely crumbled to dust.

Yeah. I've always figured the Natha weren't interacting with time in a linear way, and hey, look. Mostly I'm just worried for the natives.

They do get the short end of the stick in this one. The only way we can help them is getting rid of that monster.

Towards the end, reality tore open. It looked like Ysverai was calling down the Storm we're hiding from. So I'd say that's the worst possibility, being completely erased and eaten by infinity. Just below that is the Natha being unable to fix the planet and all of us eventually dying up here either from lack of supplies, the station breaking down, or whatever threat the Natha have been attacked by showing up.

I don't know about you, but being erased sounds better than dying up here. We're going to have a very big problem if supplies become an issue, but so far so good.

I'll always gamble on more chances.

And if the planet is stabilized, and we return, Darma said the cat's out of the bag. We're going to have to deal with the fallout from the natives - some of which worshiped the 'moon' and saw us as divine, some of which hated us already.
