I know the disease showed up in Wyver eventually, and I know whatever gas/mist in Olympia recently prompted the same behavior out of anyone who breathed it in as the behavior exhibited by people in Wyver who ingested dragon's blood handed out by the shamans. Who are all deeply bad news, by the way. All signs point to an overarching catalyst.

i'd heard a little about wyver, but those details make for a convincing argument for cross-faction trouble our fearless leaders definitely fucked at some point fyi so it's possible the administrations are in intimate contact even with the hostility between their peoples

I've managed a back and forth a couple times and I barely know the area, so I imagine anybody even passably native could do it easy. Is this normally circumvented when the transporters are working?
