I know the disease showed up in Wyver eventually, and I know whatever gas/mist in Olympia recently prompted the same behavior out of anyone who breathed it in as the behavior exhibited by people in Wyver who ingested dragon's blood handed out by the shamans. Who are all deeply bad news, by the way. All signs point to an overarching catalyst.
